Material can be fabricated: copper, brass, aluminum, steel alloy, stainless steel,
titanium, hard plastic like PP, POM, NYLON
Processing study: depends on tolerance, flatness, roughness to formulate processing scheme.
Processing: 1. cut material into piece with margin. 2. input machining program into machine; 3. install cutters, 4. deburr raw material all outside deburr and clamp at jig; 5. make 1 -10 pcs for test; 6.if test OK then batch machining; 7. clean by alcohol; 8. do surface coating (sand blasting, anodizing, blacken, nickel plating, chrome plating).
Packing: sink packing or film one by one, then put into booked wooden case pallet and pack by belt closely.
Shipping way: sample ship by FeDex/DHL/UPS, batch order consider by sea or by train(urgent consider by fast sea or air)
