High-shear homogenizing emulsifying machine vacuum mixing emulsifying toothpaste production equipment is usually made of main homogenizing mixer, oil phase mixer, water phase mixer, vacuum system, hydraulic lifting system, materials circulation system, heating and cooling system, temperature control system and electrical control panel etc.

Working process:
By the strong force of high speed of homogenizer (emulsifier), the materials will go through the narrow space of the emulsifying head, it forms a powerful circulation in the vessel. After the materials are heated & mixed in water pot and oil pot, they are drawn into the emulsifying boiler by the vacuum pump. Adopting the middle stirrer & Teflon scrapers, the emulsifying tank can sweep the residues on the wall of the boiler. Then the materials are cut off, compressed and folded by the blades. By the strong cutting off force and the impact and turbulent current from the high-speed shear wheel and fixed cutting case, the materials are cut off and turned to particles of 200 nm- 2 um promptly. Because the emulsifying boiler is under vacuum state, the bubbles that are produced in the course of mixing will be taken away in time.

5. The tank body can heat or cool materials. Heating modes include steam heating or electric heating; The tank body is made of stainless steel with high mirror light, beautiful and attractive, easy to clean, disinfect and maintain. All fittings and pipes are made of sanitary stainless steel.

6. All contacted parts of equipments are SUS316L, the product homogenized in vacuum and close vessel can be sanitary and high quality;

7. Mixing process can be seen by sight glass on emulsifying pot cover. Thre is a light In the pot;

8. The whole working procedure is operated in the condition of vacuum in order to prevent the material coming int being bubble after high- speed blending and reach the request of sanitation and asepsis.

Lifting system, easy to clean, and the main pot can adopt tilt discharge and the tank body can be tilt to 90 degree; The mixing system equip with PTFE scraper to sweep the residues on the wall of the main pot, when stirring the material, the scraper can be automatically close to the inner wall, the material scraping, so that the temperature transmission uniform, and the material does not produce accumulation and dead ends. The mixing system is divided into single-way mixer, double-way mixer and helical ribbon mixer.

The homogenizing structure made through German technology adopts the imported double-end mechanical seal dffect. Control panel

There is Siemens PLC touch screen control panel and button control panel for choose.

The lid is with a light observation hole, which can keep control of the material emulsification situation in the kettle. There is a small material entrance, which is convenient to add special essence into the kettle. The cover of main boiler can lift up and down to ensure easy maintenance and clean.

Water and oil pots

According to the process requirement,  the whole set machine can equip with oil and water pot for pretreating. Dispersing speed is 1440 RPM.
