The three-cylinder dryer is a high-efficiency and energy-saving product improved on the basis of the single-cylinder tumble dryer in our factory according to market needs. The three-cylinder dryer improves the internal structure of the single-cylinder tumble dryer, increases the pre-drying design of the wet material before entering the machine and extends the drying time of the wet material in the machine, and installs sealing, heat preservation and reasonable supporting measures. So compared with the original single-cylinder tumble dryer, the production capacity of the three-cylinder dryer is increased by 50-80%, and the evaporation strength per unit volume can reach 120-180kg/m3, and the standard coal consumption is only 6-8kg/t.

In addition, fuel burners, combustion chambers or supporting elevators, belt conveyors, metering feeders, cyclones, pulse dust collectors and spray towers can be designed according to user needs.

The main body of the three-cylinder dryer drives the four transmission rollers at both ends through four reduction motors, so that the tire belt rotates around the center. When the wet material enters the feeding end of the dryer through the feeding device, and the wet material is quickly pushed to the spiral lifting plate through the spiral guide plate. With the rotation of the cylinder, the spiral lifting plate installed in the three cylinders makes the material continuously lifting, rolling, throwing, scattering, and moving towards the discharge end at the same time. Meanwhile, the hot air from the hot blast stove enters the inner cylinder, the middle cylinder, and the outer cylinder in sequence to conduct intense heat exchange with the material. After the material and hot air flow are zigzag reciprocating in the three layers of cylinders, the heat energy is fully utilized to achieve the drying effect and materials are discharged.

The material exchanges heat with the hot air flow in the inner cylinder in the form of radiation, convection and conduction, and the heat exchange in the outer cylinder is in the form of conduction and convection. The dryer has high thermal efficiency and significant energy saving effect. After testing, the thermal efficiency greatly exceeds the traditional dryer by about 50%.

3. Compact structure. The whole machine is installed horizontally with supporting wheels. The large and small gear transmission are replaced by the supporting wheel transmission, which makes the equipment installation more convenient, simpler operation, more reliable operation.

4. The external surface area of the machine is more than 30% less than that of the single-cylinder rotary dryer. And the outer cylinder has the effect of heat preservation and heat insulation on the inner cylinder. The surface temperature of the outer cylinder is low, and the heat loss is small, so highly efficient and energy-saving.

5. A variety of lifting plate designs make the exchange of materials and hot flue gas more fully.

Use frequency conversion to adjust the speed of the barrel, and use the appropriate speed according to the feed water content and output requirements to ensure that the needs of the next process are met. Moreover, it can set with the automatic temperature monitoring system, for easier operation.
