KINGRUTI
Titanium Dioxide (TiO2), also called CI 77891, is used as a pigment with high whiteness in cosmetic and skin care products. It’s inert and has good safety without irritability. Rutile crystal structure makes it more stable in cosmetics.
Treated by triethoxyoctylsilane/dimethicone/lauroyl lysine, it has excellent hydrophobic property.
