The plate parts ,punch and die are mainly processed by slow wire cutting machine. The dimensional tolerance is 0.002mm which can
ensure that the performance of the mold will not changed when the parts are exchanged.
Three Coordinate Measuring Machine: The large-scale 2500-length three-coordinates and JG Grinding applies to mold assembly which
makes the assembly position accurate and shorten the assembly time. The success rate of first mold trial is greatly improved.


Grinding
JG grinding is used for processing pilot pin position and die clamping plate cavity. The surface of per parts and cavity will be smoother and wear-resistant. The dimension tolerance will be 0.002mm which will improve the blade accuracy and stability. As a result, the die life will be longer.
PG grinding
PG Grinding is used for processing lock pin, groove of punch and die as well as central hole of punch. The surface of per parts will be smoother and wear-resistant. The dimension tolerance will be less than 0.002mm which will improve the blade accuracy and stability. As a result, the die life will be longer.






Packing & Delivery


Inner package
10-20mm wooden board is applied to protect the limited post. The hook on each side of mold is fixed by steel wire. All sides of the mold is covered with transparent film.
Out package
The progressive stamping die is fixed in the box
