Description of Rotary Dryer:

Rotary dryer, also known as rotary drum dryer,rotary drier.

According to different ways of heating raw material,the rotary dryer can be divided into direct heating-type rotary dryer and indirect heating-type rotary dryer. The rotary dryer can be classified into Coal Slime Rotary Dryer, Sawdust Dryer, Coconut shell dryer,  slag rotary dryer and clay rotary dryer according to different raw materials. According to different structure, the rotary dryer can be divided into Three cylinder dryer , Double-drum dryer.

Working principle
Rotary drier adopts direct flow type of heating with heat source from firing unit. The material to be dried is pushed back immediately by spiral board when enters the shell from feeding tank and feeding chute. Because the drier is installed in slope, material flows to the back end under gravity and rotation force, meanwhile, it is lifted by board repeatedly and thrown down accordingly, which make the material form even curtain, and exchange heat sufficiently with inner the heat flow. In the end, water in the material is dried by repeatedly scattering.

Features:
Rotary dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices,transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment). Rotary drier manufactured by us adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material rising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency. Our rotary drier is designed with the best working conditions, which enables it to save 10-15% of energy and increase 10-15% of productivity compared with common dryers.

Yes, dear esteemed customers, for FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents. The nearest port to us is Qingdao Port.
