Puer Tea is a unique tea (camellia sinensis) from the southern Yunnan region of China, that stands apart from all other tea for its complex flavors and pronounced health benefits. Here, in a patchwork-land of winding ravines and densely forested mountains,
ancient tea-trees grow in their native environment as they have for many thousands of years. In remote, mist-shrouded villages built long ago upon ancestral farmlands, the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis Assamica, or broad-leafed tea-tree, are harvested by hand in the traditional way passed down from generation to generation. Through careful processing, these leaves, full of the vitality and character of the very mountains they grew upon, are transformed into Puer Tea: visceral, unique, and elegant.
Raw Pu-erh (Puerh Sheng, Non-Fermented Tea)
This is a tea that does not go through the piling process, which is called raw pu-erh, it is harvested and stored naturally. With this style of tea, it has a very fresh smell to it, it can be bitter, but generally has a sweet aftertaste.

1.Rinse and pre-heat your tea cup with hot water
2.Insert tea leaves.If you are unsure of the amount to use,then start with around 2-3 grams for every 100ml of water.Adjust
according to your preference.
3.Pour hot water into your tea cup, as water temperature can greatly effect the aroma and tasty of the tea soup,so Pu'er Tea requests the boiled water of 95~100 C degree.And then pour out the boiled water immediately for the first time, which can have 1~22 times. The speed must be quick so that the taste of the tea soup can be prevented from influence.
4.Pour boiling water (95-100 C degree) into your tea cup again.Steep for 1 min. for 1st and 2nd brewing.Gradually increase
steeping time by 1 minute to a few minutes gradually for subsequent brewing, which can keep the even density of tea soup.
5.Pour your tea into a pitcher or glass.
6. Your tea is now ready to serve.Enjoy and have a wonderful tea.We recommend you drink Pu-er tea three times a day after meals for three months and watch the weight drop off. After three months, drinking just one cup per day will help maintain your weight loss.
