Why we choose PLA materials ?
PLA (Polylactic acid) is a new type of biodegradable material. Which is made from plant (corn or tapioca) starch, etc. These starches are saccharified to glucose, the glucose and some strains are then fermented to produce high-purity lactic acid. next up, with a chemical process transforms the lactic acid into a polymer. It has good biodegradability, can be completely degraded by natural microorganisms after discarding, finally it would be converted into water & carbon dioxide(CO2),so It won’t pollute the environment and is recognized as green environment material.

Q: Are you manufactory or trade company?
A: We are manufactory specialized in Biodegradable PLA food packaging container / trays
Q: How long the disposable PLA packaging product would be degradable?
A: it will take 3 months in the laboratory testing, it can keep good quality for almost 2 years if store in warehouse that clean ,dry and not very hot
Q: Can you accept customized size or shape?
A: Sure, if you want different size or customized shape, we could design the new mould, and the fees you need to pay first, then the fees could be refund after you order certain quantities in future.
Q: What is your Trade term?
A: FOB, CNF, CIF is also ok.
Q: What is your Product Warranty?
A: We guarantee the products customers receive are qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us some detailed photos by email, and then we will send you the replacement parts according to actual conditions.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Our payment is 30% in advance, the other 70% balance before shipping.
Q: Can you provide the samples?
A: Yes. samples could be offered to you for quality checking, but the express freight need to pay by buyer
Q: How long is the lead time?
