1. Q: Can we get samples for reference?
A: We offer 16cm×20cm size free sample for each fabric, but the customer should bear the freight cost. For large quantity order or old customers, we can offer two meters samples for you to test and use the fabric.
2. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: No MOQ for stock products. 3000 meters MOQ for order to make products. As you know, larger quantity would better reduce the price per meter. And for the cost that are reduced, we give it all to our customers.
3. Q: What is the average lead time?
A: We send out the stock products as soon as we have your confirmed order, usually within 5 days. As for order to make products, depending on the type of fabric and technique used, it usually takes 20-30 days for us to prepare.
4. Q: What is your capacity of production?
A: We weave about 1 million meters of grey cloth per month, and we are capable of dyeing and processing 2.5 million meters each month.
5. Q: What is accepted payment terms and method?
A: We accept all kind of widely used currency and payment method. For new customers, we usually take 30% prepay and receive the rest after the product leave the port. We are willing to be flexible and customers are welcome to discuss with us of their unique business model and we would see what we can do.
