KCA SERIES
Kesino KCA Series control room consoles designed based on the ergonomic requirements to improve operator comfort and safety. Using a modular assembly framework system, making the future rebuilds or retrofits EASIER, no matter adding or subtracting modules does not affect the structural integrity of the console. Every consoles will be assembled in Kesino factory before delivery. All nuts installed, then the nuts will be packaged separately in groups after passing the inspection.
Thermal Management
Following the principle of airflow switching, large area of heat dissipation system is reserved at the bottom and the top of the console table. According to your special demands, increased the suitable quantity of axial flow silent fans, to ensure the equipment’s efficient and safe operation, improve the operator’s comfort.
Includes front and back door, beams, main pallets and appearance aids. Thickness of the SPCC cold rolled galvanized steel sheet is 1.2-2.0mm. Pickling, phosphate treatment and high temperature baking to protect the corrosion-proof . With uniform material, stable performance and easy to guarantee tolerance.
Made by 25mm High Density Board with Wilsonart decorative fireproof . It has excellent properties, such as moisture resistance, heat resistance, scratch resistance, smoke resistance, no mold growth, easy cleaning and long service life. The table side platen arm rest with the polymer material, more beautiful than the traditional material, resistant to moisture, heat, wear, long life, improved operator comfort.

According to customer requirements side to provide steel filing cabinet or plate side plate, plate side plate using 20mm density plate, surface double-pressure melamine paper, surrounding high-quality sealing edge.
