agent,coupling agent etc.).
Q3: What are the main advantages of WPC products ?
A3:First of all, the wood plastic materials are 100% recyclable; it is long-lasting,stable for the outdoor conditions, like sun
exposure, rain, temperature variations etc;it requires low maintaince;etc.
Q4: What temperature the decking can bear?
A4:-40° to 60°
Q5: How many years warranty for your products ?
A5: 25 years. We provide 25 years warranty for cracking, bending and deforming.
Q6:Will colour fade because of exposure to the sun ?
A6:Ultra-violet inhibitors have been added to our WPC products to reduce colour fading due to extensive sun exposure. A slight
change in colour will occur but will retain this lighter shade through out the life of the product.
Q7: What certifications /test reports do you have ?
A7: CE,SGS,ISO9001,INTERTECK.
Q8:What is the standard length of the decking ?
A8: The length is cut according to the buy's requirement, usually 2.2m,2.8m.
When the length exceed to 4m or more than 4m, then we have to use iron-wheel pallet which need extra charge.
Q9:If there is one piece of of the decking board broken, do we need to remove all the decking boards to repair it ?
A9;No. If replacing the brocken decking, you need to break the clips of both sides of the brocken decking and then take the broken
decking out, It is easy to operate.
