 2500 x 3500 mm Vertical glass washing and drying machine for Low-e glass 

We have two tyes, Vertical mould and Horizontal mould. It include three parts :Glass input part, Glass wash and dry part, Glass output part.

Introduction:

1.Glass washing machine adopts PLC control,cleaning machine are using digital control system,the equipment operation more humanized,high automation degree,easy operation. Glass wash and dry part is with stainless steel, and soft brush can wash LOW-E glass

2.Man-machine interface using touch creen control,automatic conversion.Operation single section 

with display function.Can accurately show the machine running and  fault condition,then convenient repair. 

3.Automatic recognize file of coated glass and low-e glass

4.The body of washing machine are all made of industrial  stainless steel 

5.Cleaning machine can clean coating and low- glass,the machine have function of automatic alarm and

 stop when have error.

6* Six pieces of soft brushes,Washing machine adopt bearing of waterproof and lubrication 

7.Unique Design for automatic spraying system,Spraying angle can be any adjust,Cleaning and maintenance is convenient and fast.the tank of washing machine have heating system.Room temperature ≤7°C,Recommended that to use it.

8.The blower adopt take the wind from outside and to circulation.to sure the clear air(Power:11kw),can ensure that the glass clean completely dry.Fan is equipped with air heating system,Room temperature ≤7°C,Recommended that to use it.

9.Drying area adopts bottom roller wheel driving method, coating or low-e glass surface without the rubber roller extrusion scratches which can effectively prevent to take off the film phenomenon

10.Transfer plate adopts high strength plate of polycarbonate,

11.The transfer wheel adopt Nylon axis core,PU wheel.
