5. Press the ON/OFF switch on the remote controller to turn the lights on. Note: Lights will auto-shut off after 20 minutes.You
may turn them back on with the ON/OFF switch.You may use the device multiple times a day, but do NOT exceed 40 minutes of use in
one session. 6. For maximum benefit, we recommend using the light therapy knee pad on naked skin directly..
