Product Description
Saline Sodium Phosphate EDTA buffer(SSPE)pH 7.4, One pouch of powder is the standard unit, whose contents are smooth dry white powder. One pouch of powder dissolved in 500 ml of ultrapure water will yield a 1× solution containing 150m M NaCl, 1mM EDTA,100mM NaH2PO4 pH7.4 at 25 °C.. Contents were tested to be free of DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase. Don’t need to measure or adjust the pH, it is ready –to- use. SSPE buffer is often used for hybridization of nucleic acids in molecular biology experiments. It maintain a suitable pH, make a certain solution conductivity to facilitate the migration of nucleic acids molecules .SSPE is the most widely used buffer system for nucleic acid electrophoresis, could achieve better separation effect.
