We can customize various specifications of tube heat exchanger, U - tube heat exchanger, multi - flow heat exchanger.

Our heat exchanger advantages:
1) High heat transfer coefficient
Spiral wound structure, heat transfer tube bundle is 3~4 times of shell side, increase the heat transfer area; The material stays longer in the heat transfer tube, and the heat transfer is more sufficient. Using the irvine turbulence chattering frequency principle, the spiral winding structure makes the hot and cold objects produce strong turbulence and the heat transfer effect is enhanced.
2) Occupy small space, low operating cost
Small size, light weight, easy installation and low maintenance costs.
3)Long service life
Stainless steel design and production, high temperature and high pressure resistance, long service life, high safety factor. The shell is 304 stainless steel, the heat exchange tube is 316L. Heat exchange tube wall thickness is 0.6mm, heat exchange effect is fast.Heat exchange tube ∮8mm
4)Low scaling tendency
Very low scaling tendency, stainless steel design, high temperature and high pressure resistance, long service life; Because of the stainless steel production, the surface of the barrel body with glass beads, polishing polishing, smooth surface is not easy to produce dirt; The shell diameter of heat exchanger is small, and the flow rate is high, which reduces the thickness of laminar flow, and makes the dirt not easy to precipitate and form dirt, and enhances the heat exchange effect; 90 degree Angle connection,so that the fluid all participate in heat transfer, no retention area, reduce the tendency of the structure.
