Usually 35-90 days upon receipt of 30% deposit or L/C at sight, differ according to busy season or spare season.

We have full arrange awnings such as full-cassette retractable awning, half-cassette retractable awning, No-cassette awning, window awning&blinds, balcony awning, customized items and OEM orders are all welcomed.

Yes, we can offer 1% of vulnerable parts free of charge, and the additional payment for excess parts.

According to our practice, we don’t supply free samples to new clients, anyway, once you place orders, cost of samples would be discussed from your invoice, finally it’s free indeed. For old clients, free sample available anytime.
