Double girder bridge crane is an European standard overhead lifting equipment. It is distinct from other conventional double girder cranes as it has low headroom, compact structure and delicate appearance. The European standard double girder overhead crane adopts advanced technology and design concept, making it a perfect option for lifting occasions where they require a high-level efficiency and reliability. Main Features: *high reliability, safety, free maintenance rate; a) work duty: FEM2M, M5 b) Protection class: IP55 c) Insulation class: F d) continuing rate: 60% ( for the high class motor) e) Cooling rate: 30% than normal crane f) Over temperature protection: 170ºC *Compact design, small size, low self weight, low headroom *low noise *Power-saved. The total motor power is much lower than normal design. |

* Main Girder: 1. Main girder uses bias-rail box type structure, with optimized design and light dead weight. 2. Steel material. Q235B / Q345B. 3. The cover and web plate should get surface rust removal by roller-way conveyor blasting machine before welding; this blasting machine can perform blanking, sandblasting, painting and drying. 4. The welding work of main girder should be performed on work platform (welding assembly unit). In order to avoid distortion of main beam, we adopts U-shaped welding assembly unit to assure that vertical deflection degree between the top cover plate and joint edge of stiffened plate and web plate is no more than H/200, and also effectively reduce the partial wave of web plate. End Carriage: 1. It is made of rectangular steel-pipe or steel plate by welding, the finished end carriage get 1-time positioning process on numeral control machine in order to ensure dimension accuracy and fit tolerance. 2. Each end carriage is supplied with wheels with double-wheel rim, buffer and anti-derailing protection device. |

1)Electric parts and electric hoist are packed by strong plywood crate, others packaged in plastic woven cloth. 2) Make iron frame to ensure end beam and accessories not be lost during transportation |
