What is the Reactor?

The reactor is a typical reaction equipment commonly used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Under a certain pressure and temperature, this equipment mixes a certain volume of a variety of liquids (or liquid and solid or gas materials) with a stirrer to promote its chemical reaction.

SMR-JR Series reactor is mainly composed of three parts: a tank body, a jacket, and a stirring system. The mixing form is mostly anchor frame mixing to ensure that the materials are evenly mixed in a short time. The mechanical seal can maintain the pressure in the tank and prevent the material in the tank from leaking and causing unnecessary pollution.

SMR-JR Series mostly used for mass production, which is fast-heating, high temperature resistant, anti-corrosive, sanitary, and easy to use.
With different processing condition of each production, there is chemical reactor vessel of different sizes(from 50L to 3000L or bigger size), heating methods(like the electric heating bar, conducting oil heating and steam heating), sealing types(packing sealing and mechanical sealing) and stirring types (anchor type, pulp type, wheel type, push type or frame type to choose) and cap opening quantity(3-6 openings) to customize.
