Product Description
RYCY Metal provides vacuum electron beam melting and powder metallurgy technology tantalum sputtering target. We use different manufacture process according to the different requirements of customers. The original manufacturing process similar to ordinary tantalum sheet, using the unique rolling technology, the process is more complex. the annealing temperature and time of cooperate more precise, so as to ensure the tantalum target material grain size below 40 microns, to guarantee the high quality level of the tantalum target material. Because the tantalum has high conductivity, high heat stability and resistance to foreign atoms, so the use of sputtering deposition method in integrated circuit plating can prevent the copper spreading in the silicon substrate.

Packaging
Firstly, pack the tantalum target in vacuum bags. It could isolate air and the pollutants from outside world effectively, and keep the surface of tantalum target clean. Secondly, use pearl cotton (expandable polyethylene) packing to avoid collisions damage between the products in transit. Finally, pack in wooden cases, to avoid the outside world pollutants in the process of delivery, ensure the integrity of products from production to delivery.
