General Description
PVC spiral reinforced hose machine/ PVC spiral suction hose making machine
Description
Diameter 10mm-130mm series PVC spiral pipe extrusion production line is mainly used in the manufacture of plastic PVC spiral pipes with various diameters and wall thickness used in the industried such as suction pipe of vacuum cleaner, smoking machine, etc.
It is suitble for running piping for gas, liquid and powder.
And is mainly applied in Industry, Agriculture, ad water irrigation field,etc.
PVC spiral strengthened tube, also alled gridding pipe, spiral suction hose, has features such as pressing-resistance, corrosion resistance, negative pressure resistance, bending resistance and good running capacity.
It is suitble for running piping for gas, liquid and powder.
And is mainly applied in Industry, Agriculture, ad water irrigation field,etc.
Main Advantages
The series extruders with appropriate die-mould and auxiliary machine can directly convert thermoplastic especial PVC powder into tube,plate sheet,film and profile,and also provide function of modifying and pelleting.The extruders are derived by A.C motor with a thruster to steepless regulate.It is also equipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alarming system .The screw's core and the outside of barrel is cooled by circulation of oil,includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.
Process Flow
2 sets of vacuum feeder→2 sets of single-screw Extruder→1 set of forming machine→mould→water cooling tank→manual winder.
