Product introduction:
Double Beam Remote Control Electric EOT Teeming Crane is mainly used at the place where the molten metal is lifted, it is the main lifting and transportation equipment in the smelting workshop of the steel plant, and is used to lift and transfer and pour molten iron in the smelting process, he thermal—protective coating is added at the bottom of the main girder.
Double Beam Remote Control Electric EOT Teeming Crane mainly consists of bridge frame, long traveling unit, hook and wirerope and lifting trolley, cable,cabin and electric control system,etc.
It has reasonable structure, robust , smooth running,soft starting low noise, low cost maintenance,long service life.
Normal capacity are 5t,10t,16t,16/3.2t,20/5t,32/5t,50/10t,74/20t,100/32t,125/32t,140/40t,160/50t,etc.
the span is 10.5~31.5m, lifting height 16-20m, working class is A7 or A8.
Control model: cabin control.
Ambient temperature normally up to 60ºC

The Double Beam Remote Control Electric EOT Teeming Crane transports ladles filled with molten iron to the basic oxygen furnace (BOF), or molten steel from the BOF and electric arc furnace to the continuous casting machine. It can also be used for teeming and casting.

Main features:
1, Double Beam Remote Control Electric EOT Teeming Crane has very special safe design,it uses two pcs of wire rope system for the main hook, the device is called Balance Arm, any each wire rope is damaged or broken,the other wirerope will safely hold the ladle in the air and wont let it fall down,then to avoid accident.
2, Anti high temperature design, there is heat proof layer on bottom of main girder.
3, Main hook and Aux.hook all have two sets of brake,more safety.
4, Safety monitor is provided to monitor each motion,all data, i.e current,moving speed,are displayed in the cabin,operator can see it clearly.
5, In addition, Safe hydraulic brake is installed onto the flange of the wirerope drum, one more layer of safety guarantee.
6, Motor is with high protection class IP54,IP55, with overspeed switch,overheat protection,fan cooling,motor encoder is optional.
7, Emergency stop system
8, Over current Protection, Short-circuit Protection
9, Phase sequence protection.
10, Zero position protection.
11, Voltage loss protection.
