Actual Production
190KPSI STEEL
This steel is manufactured in China and has proven to be one of the best steel variants for a multi-purpose barbell. Each barbell shaft is ground and polished prior to machining which allows the bar to have a very smooth finish post any chrome/black oxide/any colored finish.
KNURLING MACHINING
Every bar shaft is machined in China. We feel a great sense of pride as our knurling process is an art built by our advanced fully automated imported knurling machine. We spent days working on the knurl we believe to be the best, the standard Volcanic Knurling offers firm and comfortable grip, the knurling in this bar is proven as an excellent choice for any weightlifters.
FIT AND FINISH
Hard Chrome finish on the bar offers a different level of oxidization protection and has a direct effect on the feel of the knurl.
Our Bar is also available in Stainless Steel and an advanced colored coating layer.

COPPER BUSHING
Our bar is assembled with copper bushing which helps to produce the perfect balance of a natural grip. This is a very robust way of building a barbell.
NK NEEDLE BEARING
Our bar is also equipped with high quality NK NEEDLE BEARING inside of the end sleeve. The bearings helps to improve the flexibility and makes the spinning more freely.
