A: Yes, we do accept sample orders for testing and quality checking.
Q2. What is the lead time?
A: Sample lead time 3-5 days, lead time for bulk order will be 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 50 pcs.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for DMX Cold Spark Machine?
A: As a factory, we do require MOQ for bulk order. However, we do accept sample orders for fog machine within 10 pcs.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Yes, we offer 1 years warranty to our cold firework machines, fog machines and haze machines.

A: Yes, most of our stage effects products like fog machines, cold firework machines and haze machines are DMX-512 control available. However, to fulfill the market needs, we do provide low power consumption products which without DMX-512 control, which mostly for fog machines.
