Fullers Earth Transformer Oil Regeneration System to decolorize and neutralize any insulating oils
regenerates aged transformer oils into like new condition fulfilling the requirement of
IEC 60422 standard as well as removes corrosive sulfur from transformer oils. ZYD-I transformer oil regeneration plants are built with variable capacity and sorbent reactivation capability. Plants are of stationary or mobile design and can work on offline or online transformers.

Single stage vacuum VS. Double Stage Vacuum
Under normal circumstances, single stage vacuum oil purifier is effective. However in exceptional cases where a higher state of vacuum is required to maintain low value of dissolved gases and moisture after oil treatment, double stage high vacuum oil purification machine is needed.
Machine function:
Remove free and dissolved water, gases, acid, sludge, solid and metal particles, etc.
Improve oil color to make it have better appearance.
