The coating method of this equipment adopts comma knife three-roll Reverse coating method (Commabar + Reverse Roll).

1. XW-TB300 Lab coating machine is a compact Roll to Roll continuous coater for battery electrode sheets with a small size for battery research labs.
2. This coating system integrates the functions of reeling in and out, slurry feeder, coating blade, baking oven, and final electrode winding (reeling in). It can coat electrode sheets up to 180mm in width and 500 meter in length automatically.
3. This lab coating machine is mainly used for LFP, LCO, LMO and NCM system battery cathode and anode electrode continuous coating.
4. The Lab coating machine is with four Direction wheel in bottom, it can be removed easily for laboratory use.

They bought 2 full of battery pack assembly line from us, includes sorting machine, welding machine, sticking machine, charge and discharge machine...
We have sent 3 engineers to client site for machine installation and training in year of 2019. The training taked about one week. After the training, the client engineers are learned how to operation the machines in a smooth and high efficiency way. They made high-quality products by our machines.
