2. How can I get a sample for quality approval?
Re: you have following three methods to get sample
1) Quality sample in our stock, which is free;
The freight cost should be paid by your side.
2) If you can confirm order directly and arrange deposit firstly;
then we can prepare one FREE Pre-production sample and make photos from different angles for your approval; if you want to check
sample by yourself, then the freight cost should be paid by your side.
3) Sample fee: USD50;Freight cost: USD35.
Sample time: 7-9 working days;
Delivery time: 4-5 working days
Payment method for sample: Trade assurance on Alibaba/ western union/ Money Gram or TT.
3. What others can you do for our customized hats?
Re: We can also add the woven label/ inside tap/ sticker and swing tag on your hats;
4. What's your turn around time for our order?
Re: The mass production depend on our schedule and current orders;
Normally speaking, below 5000pcs, it takes around 25-30 working days when we confirm your payment and sample approval;
5000pcs-10.000pcs, it takes around 35-45 working days when we confirm your your payment and sample approval; 10.001-more, plz contact us.
