MexyTech is now developing a new decking design and upgrading the thickness of outer layer. MexyTech will double the thickness of outer layer, because the thicker protection layer will provide better abrasion resistance and allow deeper wood grain texture.

Suprotect Decking

Suprotect wood is the second generation of Wood Plastic Composite(WPC). Compared to the traditional wpc products, Suprotect wood provide multiple colors onto the surface to create wood-like texture. The outer layer are used surlyn plastic which is famous for being used to produce golf. The outer layer is four sided surrounding the core materials to give protection against oil, acid, insect, abrasion and UV. The thickness of the outer layer is crucial to the product quality. Not like some suppliers, they make a thin layer for the sake of low cost, while MexyTech have strict procedures on quality control to make sure the thickness thicker than 0.5mm.

2.Oil resistance: normal soap and water washing or a pressure washer is OK for the cleaning.

Patented Clip-Easy Installation and More Stable Decking System.

In consideration of the sliding, warping problems because of the inappropriate installation, we developed a new Clip-Easy Installation and apply our own patent.Compared to other decking installation, the dentate design allow the clips snapping into the side groove and save more than two steps of the decking installation.

The total area for Macao tower was 1500 square meters. Because there was a strict requirement on fire-rating, we developed new formula which can pass EN13501 Bf1 to meet the standard. Solid decking with thick design was recommended because of the large flow capacity.
