Product Description
ZN63-24 series vacuum circuit breaker, is the latest developed circuit breaker designed by YUANKY. It can be solid pole structure or insulating busing structure.
ZN63-64 Series vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor switch gear with a 3-phase AC 50- 60HZ, rated voltage 24KV, is a protection and control unit for grid equipment and mine industries' power equipment. The first part of the embedded pole type circuit breaker adopt APG technology, to protect the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and other primary circuit loops, so that they can have no influence by the collision, dust and condensation. It is suitable for frequently operation with the operating rated current, or many times short circuit breaking current, also suitable for the places in very poor condition.
ZN63-24 circuit breaker have passed all kinds of form test. It has done the 200000 times mechanical endurance life form test according to the newest National Standard M2 grade, 274 times short current break for electrical endurance life form test according to E2 grade, to endure that it can be operating safely under normal condition.
Inspection before delivery: Characteristics Test, Main Circuit Power Frequency Voltage Withstand Test, Control Circuit Insulation Test, Main Circuit Resistance Test, Interlock Operation Test Mechanical & Electrical Operation Test.
