Product Description
1) Single-column vertical guide rail structure, vertical column, base and sliding seat adopt high-frequency quenching of high-grade gray cast iron column and slide rail. The moving surface of the guide rail is plasticized to ensure the stability and precision of long-term use of the machine.
2) The spindle of the machine tool adopts the spindle servo motor, which is suitable for strong cutting; it is also suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of parts. The spindle bearing adopts imported bearings with high rotation precision, less heat generation and low noise.
3) The X/Z axis feed is automatically fed by the servo motor. The Z-axis uses a counterweight hammer, which is simple and reliable in structure and low in failure rate.
4) The X/Z shaft adopts domestic precision ball screw and special bearing for screw, which meets the requirements of high precision and high rigidity cutting.
5) The spindle bearing of the machine tool is lubricated by thin oil, and the guide rail is lubricated by electric lubricating oil pump.
6) The machine tool holder adopts the electric knife holder or the row knife form, with accurate accuracy and high efficiency.
7) Special tooling, hydraulic chuck, cooling pump, chip conveyor and chip cutting device can be configured according to user requirements.
8) This machine adopts Guangzhou CNC GSK980Tc3 system. The user can choose the brand system of Kanedi CNC, China Medieval Star, FANUC and so on.
