◆ In this system each cylinder operates independently.
◆ Linear encoders are mounted on a separate sub frame on each side of the machine.
◆ These encoders combined with servo hydraulic valves and the CNC command center, provide a 0.001mm accuracy and the ability to program all ram position, speeds and ram tilt.
◆ The decompression point is also programmable, this feature along with programmable speeds is very useful when bending large sheets.
The large openings and strokes of the EURO-PRO Series facilitate the versatile production of parts requiring increased clearance to profitably and easily produce.
Advantage:
It improves the folding accuracy because the latch is perfectly aligned with the table, it avoids the effect of the rotation of the latch as in conventional C structures.
Greater immunity to the effects of structural torsion in case of flexion.
Eliminates the need for additional devices for reading the correction of the mobile measurement systems of the tranche.

The machine shows a high resistance to undulation in cases when the curvature does not occur in the middle of the machine.
Eliminated need for additional devices to read the deformation of the structure, which reduces the probability of failure and reduces the cost of the machine.
