Technical Feature |
1. Vibrator modifies the amplitude basing on different target to make material down more equably and get higher combination rate. |
2. 5L hopper for big target weight and lower density with big volume product. |
3. Multi-drop and succeeding drop methods can be selected to prevent puffed material blocking the hopper. |
4. Modify hopper open speed and open angle basing on the characteristics of measured material can prevent material blocking the hopper. |

1.Vertical packing machine adopts pre-printed roll film, can make pillow bag, gusset bag, punching bag and connecting bag.
2.Rotary(doypack) packing machine adopts pre-made bag, such as flat pouch(3 sealing, 4 sealing, pillow), stand-up pounch, stand-up pouch with zipper. You need to buy bags separately.

5. After- Sales Service
Training services: We will train your engineer to install our weigher. You can send your engineer to our factory or we dispatch our engineer to your company. We will introduce your engineer how to install the weigher and how to fix problem. |
Trouble shooting service: Some times if you can not fix the problem in your country, we will send our engineer there if you need us to support. By the way, you need to afford the round trip flight ticket and accommodation fee. |
Spare Parts replacement: In guarantee period, if spare part broken, we will send you the parts free and we will pay the express fee. And please send us the spare parts back. when machine is out of guarantee period, we will provide you the spare parts in cost price. |
The documents that will be supplied: 1) Invoice; 2) Packing List; 3) Bill of Lading 4) Other files that buyer wanted. |
