Industrial spray dryer
Description :
After fresh air is filtered and heated, it enters into the air distributor which on the top of the drier. The hot air in spiral form equably enters into the drying room. When liquid raw material are passed through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower, it will be rotated and sprayed into the extreme slim mist liquid beads. Raw material can be dried to the final products instantly while it contact with the heatedair. Finished products are discharged continuously from bottom of the drying tower and cyclones segregator. Wasted air is discharged from blower.

Application Range of Spray Dryer
1.Chemical industry: sodium fluoride (potassium), basic dyes and pigments, dye intermediates, compound fertilizers, formaldehyde silicic acid, catalysts, sulfuric acid, amino acids, white carbon black, etc.
2.Plastic resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urinary formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, dense rubber (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.
3.Food industry: fat-rich milk powder, gluten, cocoa milk powder, milk substitutes, blood hunting powder, egg white (yellow), etc.
4.Food and plants: oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, flavored meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein, hydrolysate, etc.
5.Sugars: maltodextrin machine,corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, etc.
Ceramics: alumina, ceramic tile materials, magnesium oxide, talcum powder, etc.
