ISO 8124 2m/s Dynamic Strength Tester Machine for Baby Ride-On Toys Stroller Durability Testing


Applications
This Toy Dynamic Strength (2m/s) Tester is mainly used to test the dynamic strength of wheeled ride-on toys.
Can simulate driven toys vertically hit the inelastic step in a steady speed of 2m /S ± 0.2 /S, then observe the damaged condition. Applied to toy bicycles, scooters, roller-skate and etc.

ISO 8124-1 section 5.24.4 and 5.27 ; GB 6675 section 5.24.4

2m/s Tester Test principle
1.Load the toy for 5 min in the most onerous position with the appropriate mass on its standing or sitting surface.
2.Secure the load to the toy in a position corresponding to the normal use of the toy.
3.Drive the toy three times at a speed of 2 m/s ±0.2 m/s into a non-resilient step with a height of 50mm.
4.Check the structure and performance of the sample is intact or not.
5.If the toy is intended to bear the mass of more than one child at a time, test each sitting or standing area simultaneously.
