Product Description
SPUNLACE NONWOVEN FABRIC MAKING MACHINE
Spunlace machine is applicable for producing spunlaced nonwovens used for sanitation, family daily articles wiping, daily use sanitary material, as well as other industrial use.
Integrated structure design of three- -drum main jet. improv es the equipment reliability, reduces maintenance intensity， and reduces energy waste and spare parts waste. In order to enhance the rigidity of equipment and improve the entwisting, effect，the pump drum is adopted with high rigidity module design. And for the roller drum, the punching net structure is adopted and nickel net is coated externally to create water spunlaced nonwovens of different grams and sty les.
Standard size of φ515 is adopted for roll.
Structure design of narrow silt type water cavity design and adoption of high-efficient hydraulic self- -sealing water jet improve the stability of the high pressure water injector and achieve good entwisting effect under comparatively low water pressure;
Rack is adopted with high rigidity structure design. All profiled materials are performed with anti -rust processing;
