A1: T/T 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy;
A2: 100% irrevocable L/C at sight; Paypal; Western Union.

A1: MOQ of most our products is 10 set, different items will be different.
A2: We have indicated the MOQ for each item in the pricelist.
3. Q: What is your trade term?
A: EXW, FOB, FCA, CNF, CIF.
4. Q: Where is your loading port?
A: Ningbo, China.
5. Q: Shall we get a sample?
A1: Yes, sample is available anytime. Sample charge and delivery cost are on customer side.
A2: Sample charge refundable if finally place an order with us.
6. Q: How long is the cargo lead time?
A: LCL shipment takes about 15 days, 20GP shipment takes about 25 days, 40HQ shipment takes about 35 days
7. Q: Are the products ok to sell in Europe and US?
A: Yes, all our product have the EN71 and ASTM SGS lab certificates.
8. Q: Do you have product warranty?
A: Yes, we guarantee the products customers received are qualified. If any broken parts, pls send us detailed photos by email, and we will send you the replacements according to actual conditions.

A: Yes, we can accept customized packaging or parts configuration as long as order quantity over 1000 units per product.
