Grainzyme NL is a highly concentrated Cellulase (EC 3.2.1.4). It is produced from refined strain Trichoderma reesei through submerged liquid fermentation. It has activities of endo- and exo-cellulase, beta-glucanase, xylanase and other side activities.
With the excellent synergistic effect, it can effectively reduce viscosity in cereal-based mashes when used in the production of alcohol and fuel ethanol. It is also broadly used in industries of food processing, brewery, animal feed, textile and etc.

PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
Working pH range 4.0-7.0, optimum 4.5-5.5; Temperature 30-70°C , favorable at 50-55°C .
DOSAGE GUIDELINE
20-50mL of Grainzyme NL per ton of or related material; or add according to the formulations of various ingredients.
Enzyme requirements and performance are based on the type and quality of grain, the physical and chemical properties of the substrate, the substrate concentration, the desired degree of hydrolysis, and the process and processing conditions.
