Making Machine Calender, 16 Inch Rubber Roller Calender

1. Production Description:                                                           

General design:
It mainly contains roller, rack, backplane, adjustment, device, transmission system, roller temperature control device, security device, lubricating device, etc.

Application:

Rubber calendering machine is mainly used for: Textile (cloth, canvas, etc.) of glue and eraser; steel cord adhesive; rubber compression and pressure type; cord attached to the fit of the isolation film and multilayer film.

 2. Three/four roller calender lightspots display:                      

Main Features:

• Rollers are made of alloy chilled cast iron (hardness is reach to 70 HB) with precise machined roll surface

• Rolls are in drilling structure and are heated by injecting hot water so that temperature of the surface can be controlled automatically  

• Double row roller bearings are equipped for both ends of bearing and circular lubricated by oil

• The nip value is directly measured by displacement sens or shown on the digital disply


• Gear box is in integral structure and jointed by means of universal coupling Each gear is circular lubricated by oil

• Axial cross device ,top/bottom feeder and movable guide plate are provided with the machne to ensure product's precision and quantity

• Electric elements made by ABB,if overloaded,trip off immediately.

 3.Delivery &payment:                                                                 

• Delivery lead time:  35-40 days since receiving the deposit

• Packing way:


•  1) wrapped with stretch film, avoid rubbing the paint off thesurface   


•  2)  wooden packaging can be  customized                                                     


•  3) key parts, such as electronic control box, will be wrapped by shockproof  packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.                        

• Term of payment: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance of B/L) ; L/C
