WF UNIVERSAL PULVERIZER
This machine is mainly used in chemical industry, medicine (TCM),food, spices, resin powder, besmear powder etc, It has the features of high capacity and easy maintenance.
Working Principle
This WF garlic sugar pepper grain tobacco herb flower vegetable crushing grinding machine grinder for food adopts the tooth disc high-speed rotating knife, the fixed knife impact and shear grinding to crush. The crushing effect is good, the heat of crushing chamber and finished product outflow together from sieve by strong airflow which produced when crushing, crushing fineness can be decided by different sieves.
The unit make the materials crushed by the impact & grind function of the relative motion between active and fixed fluted discs, and impact between the materials. Smashed materials enter into the capture bag by rotating centrifugal force function, the dust filtered and recycled by dust collector through a bag filter box. This machine designed according to GMP standard and wholly made of stainless steel materials, has no flying dust during production. It can improve the utilization rate of material and reduce cost of enterprise, and has reached the international advanced level at present.

1.Technical document
All labels on machines and lay-out drawings, Electrical diagram, User Manual, will be in English. WANTONG should send all necessary files to the buyer since the third week since project execution. All documents in hard copies should be also shipped with machines together.
2. Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
a. After all machines are delivered to customer’s factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc.
b. WANTONG will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer’s factory.
c. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 per day for each engineer.
d. Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.
3. Quantity and quality guarantee
a． Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. WANTONG will be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b． Guarantee period and after-sales services:
12 months since date of bill of lading
If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, WANTONG will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
c． Long-term service:
WANTONG will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
