1. Do You Offer OEM/ODM Service?

Yes, our factory and designer team have rich experience in offering OEM/ODM service. Design service offered. Buyer label offered.

2. How About The Sample Cost?

Sure. We usually provide existing samples for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. The sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity.

3. How long is the sample lead time?

If your goods is not large, we can send goods to you via courier, such as DHL, with good price for long cooperation. If your goods is large, we will send it to you by sea, then we can quote the price to you, and you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.

4. Can The Price Be Cheaper?

The price depends on your demand (shape, size, quantity). Usually, you can get a better price provided large orders.

5. Why do you charge a sample fee?

We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay for the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers' salaries. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say "ok, it is perfect”.

6. How do you control the quality?

Our factory has tens of years experience in pet collars and leashes, apparel manufacture. We have a quality control team, and we check the product one by one, make sure the quality is good.
