Our Rook wool Sandwich Wall Panel with sealing side is recombined into a beautiful ,flat,and tough building board by choosing two layers of high-quality color coated steel sheets or other precisely profiled metal sheets as its face plates,rotating the stripped rockwool 90 degrees after roll forming(make the fibers vertical to the upper and lower steel sheets )and strongly binding high-quality rockwool with the metal face plates using high-strength,high adhesion,high-fire-prevention binder. Excellent fire-prevention,thermal insulation,environment protection and other characteristics of the formed boards provide a best choice for industrial building envelope system.

Our sandwich panel production line is an automatic production line, which is consisting of decoiling , film coating,cutting equipment ,roll forming system,preheating, foaming, solidification, band saw cutting, cooling, stacking and packing. The whole line integrates mechanics, chemistry, electrical control and hydraulic press with pneumatic temperature control.Our production equipment is imported from Italy (SAIP brand).24hour can produce 8000m2.

A Yes, we supply small sample(L*W*T=30cm*20cm*Thickness of panels ) free of charge , but the freight is collected . we also have big sample (L*W*T=100cm*30mm*thickness of panels) , it is also free of charge , in order to save freight , can ship together with container .
