Description for Yogurt maker machine


Our factory makes and installs fresh/pasteurized/UHT/flavored milk,yoghurt and cheese plant for various processing capacities. And those products include dairy, juice, ice cream, beverage, cream, ghee, butter and other liquid milk etc.


We can provide services from design, making, installation, commissioning and after-service.


 


Main process: First fresh cow milk is received in a dump tank from the road milk tankers. It is then chilled in a chilling tank to 4ºC. The chilled milk is then homogenized, and pasteurized in a milk pasteurization machine and cream is separated from milk by the cream separator to get skimmed milk. Milk is standardized depending on the requirement of toned milk, double toned milk, skimmed milk or full cream milk. 


The separated cream is processed to manufacture ghee and butter. The pasteurized skimmed milk, toned milk or double toned milk are sent to packing machine.
