SP and SP (R) submerged pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pumps, which invade the liquid and are used to transport corrosive, coarse particles and high concentration slurry. It does not need shaft seal and shaft seal water, and can work normally under the condition of insufficient suction.The overflow parts of SP pump are made of metal.
This series of slurry pumps are innovative in hydraulic design and structural design. The flow passage parts are made of self-developed abrasion resistant high chromium alloy, which has the remarkable characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, stable operation, low vibration, low noise and convenient maintenance.
The submerged slurry pump is a single-stage, single suction cantilever structure. The hydraulic components of the pump are connected with a bearing seat, a support seat and a connecting pipe. The liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet pipe components. The impeller of the pump is a semi open impeller, and a mixing blade is set at the inlet extension of the impeller blade. The main feature of the pump is that the pump shaft at the submerged part has sufficient stiffness, and there is no bearing between the impeller and the pump shell, Without shaft seal, the medium containing large concentration of fixed particles can be transported. The length of the pump inserted into the liquid is between 800-2000. If necessary, it can be equipped with a suction pipe.
The parts of SP (R) pump invading into the liquid are lined with rubber, which is suitable for conveying abrasive slag slurry without edges and corners.The "L" letter in the model is an extended shaft series of submerged pumps, which can be applied to the working conditions with deep liquid level. This kind of pump adds the guide bearing structure on the basis of the standard, which has stable operation and wide application. However, flushing water shall be attached to the bearing.
Scope of application: SP series submerged slurry pump is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other industries. It is mainly used to transport abrasive, coarse particles and high concentration slurry. The weight concentration of solid-liquid mixture shall not exceed 45% of mortar and 60% of mineral slurry. The pump can be immersed in the pool or pit without shaft seal or shaft seal water.
