Hydraulic tire bead ring removal machine (max 1075/385 mm) | ||||
The hydraulic machine (extractor) for bead rings from worn-out car tires is a proprietary development of the company and is used in tire recycling equipment. This machine serves as a preparatory process for the further feeding of tires into the shredder.
The optimized design makes it easy to remove the bead ring from passenger car and truck tires. Only one person is enough to operate the machine. The machine is convenient, easy to operate and maintain. The shredder phase of such raw material will take less time and will help the blades last longer.
We do not use any Chinese components in our shredders. The equipment works on the basis of high-quality components and materials of domestic and foreign production.
