• The inner widths of the cooler is covered with salt Himalayan block which flavoring enhances maturation through a process known as ionization. The negative ions of the salt crystals affect the positive ions of meat giving it a sweetness and intensity to the flavor. At the same time the interior lighting of crystal gives a unique aesthetic effect. The salt crystals must be replaced once a year.
