4) What is the warranty?

1 year warranty. If any malfunction occurs in warranty, we would provide free repairing service and spare parts. If technicians need to be sent to the buyer’s plant,the transportation cost and expenses for board and lodging need to be paid by the buyer.

5) Can you produce customized machines according to my need? 

Yes, the machine function, size,capacity, etc can be customized. Also logo,color.

6)  What is the after sale service
We could offer 24 hours on-line trouble shooting service if any operation problem or break down. If customer requires, we can dispatch our technican to site. In addition, we also supply spare parts and material.
