Q1:Are you manufacturer?

     A: Yes, We are a professional manufacturer of tables and home decor,bath accessories in Dongguan, Guangdong. The main production materials are marble, terrazzo, cement, FRP, hardware, Acrylic, etc.

Q3:Can I get a sample before order

     A: Yes, We could offer the sample and ship the sample by DHL, FedEx, UPS and so on,  takes about 3-5 days.

Q4:Do you accept small orders? What is your minimum order quantity?
    A1: Yes, we do accept small orders or retail orders for our hot-selling in-stock products like some side tables, paper towel holder, bath accessories,table lamp etc. The MOQ of most in-stock product is 1 or 2 pieces.

    A2:OEM: Normally furniture ( table) MOQ is 10pcs, Lighting is MOQ 30pcs, Home decor & bath accessories MOQ is 100pcs. If any special case, please contact for further discussion.

Q5:Do you accept custom orders?
     A: Yes, we accept custom orders. OEM & ODM orders are both acceptable. You can send us your product design, sample, target product picture or even an original thought, we will do our best to realize what you want.
Q6:What's the payment terms?

    A :TT. TT30% in advance for deposit,then we arrange mass production, you can pay TT70% balance against the copy of B/L.

Q7:Is it OK to mark my logo on the product?
    A: Yes. Please provide us your logo image and certificate before production procedure get started. Logo customization on packaging box and product surface are both acceptable. Please describe your logo requirement in detail before order placement so that we could produce accurately for you.

   A: Our main loading port is shenzhen, guangzhou. If you have any other questions please contact us.

Q9:Can you arrange the shipment by door to door?
   A: We can offer door to door service both by sea and by air, which can save your time and money. Also, we have cooperated forwarder in some countries and can arrange the customs clearance for you.

Q10:What’s your warranty?
    A: We normally will provide one or three years warranties according to different models. If the product is caused by our mistakes, we will give you free replacement. If it was damaged during the shipping or other reasons, we will provide the best solutions for you.
