Free samples: A:The sample fee will be refunded after the second batch order exceeds 100 pieces (mixed orders are acceptable). The maximum number of samples to be refunded is 5 pieces, and the freight is not refundable.
Custom products samples: that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
Q5. What is your customized policy?
A:OEM and ODM are accepted. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces in one color.( Different products depend on the situation) If custom labels, the MOQ is 500 pieces. Whether it is MOQ or custom labels,our costs are justified.
Q6:What is the delivery time of the product and the arrival time of the express?
A:The delivery time: In-stock product will ship out in 3-7 days after payment.
OEM product will ship out in 15-35days after details confirm.
Thearrival delivery: inventory items, 3-7 days for DHL/UPS, 7-30 days for other methods. Please allow us to prepare the items within 5 days, including holidays, for domestic transportation to the carrier’s warehouse.
