Video show is DRB-SPK4.
This one could process frozen meat ,especially the lower temperature to -18C, it could cut meat roll, like hot pot mutton meat roll, beef roll and pork roll and so on...
The machine also could dicer meat cube for BBQ... this is fashion one for boneless meat like pork, brisket,fish meat,dough and so on.
The cutting thickness could be adjusted from 1-100mm, the angle of blade could be choice from 18 degrees to 30 degrees , the normal cutting speed is 50 per min , it also could customized fast and more please ask the supplier, this is the best one for meat block to cut, like beef block, pork block and seafood block etc...
The whole machine is made of food grade SUS 304, expect the special part of machine and more please check it with supplier too.
The normal cutting height is 180mm and if you need to customized higher please ask the supplier and so on...
