4. Confirm the order and arrange the payment to PA.

Q3. What kind of payment terms are accepted?
Following payments are accepted by our group
a. T/T ( Telegraphic Transfer)
b. Western Union
c. L/C ( Letter of credit )
d. Money Gram
Q4. When can the goods be delivered after order is placed?
Depends on various products, it can be from 45 days to 60 days, exact delivery time will be specified in proforma invoice once order is confirmed.
Q5. Are items shown on website ready to deliver after order is placed?
Most of the items are needed to be made once order is confirmed. Stock items may be available due to different seasons, please contact our staff for detailed information.
Q6. How is your Quality Control?
Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/ fabric by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
-We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
-Every product quality checked before packing.
-Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
Q7: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
It depends on seasons and different forwarders. Fee is different offered by different forwarders, and in different seasons.You can consult your nominated forwarder or us at any time.
Q8: Can you customize my products in special shape?
Yes, we offer OEM and ODM service.And this service has always been our strengths.
