Product Description
Stainless steel KCB gear pump is mainly consists of pump body, shaft, pressure protection valve, driving gear, passive gears and seal kits. The gear has higher hardness and strength after heat treatment, which is installed in the replaceable shaft sleeve with shaft. to operate. When the pump is working with the output medium, all parts of the pump can be lubricated. There are well-designed oil drain and oil return grooves in the pump, it can make the gear bear the smallest torque force during work, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.

Structure:
(1) This model is a horizontal rotary pump, which is mainly composed of pump body, gear, bearing seat, safety valve bearing and sealing device.
(2) The pump body, bearing seat, etc. are made of gray cast iron, the gear is made of high-quality carbon steel, and can also according to the special needs of users to use cooper or stainless steel material.
(3) There is a stuffing box chamber on the bearing seat, which acts as an axial seal. KCB-300~960 type pump adopts mechanical seal device, bearing use Single-row radial ball. KCB-18.3~83.3 pump adopts two oil-resistant rubber rings and a retaining ring group with intermediate lining. Adjust the two nuts on the compression cover to adjust the degree of sealing. The bearing adopts copper-based powder oil-impregnated bearings. In addition, these series pumps all can use flexible graphite with good elasticity, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, stable chemical properties and self-lubricating properties as filler seal.
(4) The pump is equipped with a safety valve. When the pump or the pipeline no work or the discharge valve is completely closed by mistake case high pressure, the safety valve will automatically open to remove part or all of the high-pressure liquid back to the low-pressure chamber, so that can protect of pump and pipeline safetly. (5) Directly connect with the drive motor with an elastic coupling, and install it on a common cast iron chassis.
